Telling the Real Story facilitated four meeting with the Nigerian Diaspora held in Italy, Belgium and Denmark. The events brought together diaspora leaders, activists and representatives of diaspora-led organizations around the theme of irregular movement.
The diaspora expressed their interest in supporting the project and commended it on being the first project that has engaged the diaspora community. The diaspora called for alternative legal pathways to be shared hand in hand with the awareness raising sessions.
